KURNOOL: Former sarpanch and Congress leader P. Nagireddy (64) was hacked to death at Gosanipalli on the outskirts of Dhone town on Monday. An eight-member gang pounced on Nagireddy and inflicted serious injuries on him. He died on the spot. Rivalry in the village was said to have prompted the murder.
