Mobile legal helpline a big hit

The Kerala State Legal Services Authority (KELSA) has come up with a souvenir embossed with the emblem of the goddess of justice on the cover page to mark the National Legal Services Authority meeting held in February.

The 180-page colour souvenir lists the activities of various district-level legal services authorities across the State, including legal aid clinics, literacy camps and quiz and elocution competitions. The souvenir also has articles written by legal luminaries. According to the souvenir, the 24-hour mobile help line launched by KELSA has proved to be a hit with people living in hilly and remote villages.
