Belgaum: Karnataka is poised to become the number one State with its comprehensive education policy on primary and secondary education, said Basavaraj Horatti, Minister for Primary and Secondary Education. He was speaking after inaugurating Sangoli Rayanna Memorial Residential School at Nandagad in Khanapur taluk on Monday. The school named after Sangoli Rayanna was a tribute to the martyr who sacrificed his life fighting the British in the 19th century.
