GVK Bio's venture with INC Research

HYDERABAD: GVK Biosciences (GVK Bio), headquartered in Hyderabad, announced that it has entered into a 50:50 joint venture with INC Research (INC) to form INC GVK BIO Private Ltd. The venture will establish a dedicated resource capability to offer Phase-IV clinical development programmes in India for global clients of INC Research which is headquartered in North Carolina, U.S., and operates in 23 locations worldwide, says a release.
