NIIT, Sun Micro to offer Solaris training

BANGALORE : Sun Microsystems and NIIT have announced training programmes through Sun Solaris. Sun Microsystems Vice-President and Chief Learning Officer Karie Wilyerd told reporters on Tuesday that the company would provide the necessary infrastructure for two specialised centres being set up in Mumbai and Delhi, followed by similar courses at 50 locations across India. ``We expect the students become ready to compete in the global economy and go on to create new innovations'' she said.
