Sangliana plays commissioner

H.T. Sangliana is back as Police Commissioner. Wondering how the retired IPS officer and MP for Bangalore North is back in job? Well, he is all set to play the Police Commissioner in the Kannada movie "Santha."

According to reports originating from the film industry, Mr. Sangliana is said to be very enthusiastic of his new assignment. During its shooting, the former cop has reportedly been giving some useful tips to the director on the functioning of the Police department, how the police officers conduct themselves during meetings with their bosses and much more.

In the late Eighties, three movies based on Mr. Sangliana's heroics were made in Kannada.
