London: Two security guards at the House of Lords created a flutter, coming running to a member of the Indian delegation, S. Prabhakaran, Vice-Chairman of AIBA, and shouting, "We caught him. We caught him" much to the discomfiture of the other members and Lord Paul. (The chief of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam is Prabakaran) The name can cause panic among Britishers. The guards told Mr. Prabhakaran, "it is just a joke, don't get offended" and vanished from the scene.
