Power shutdown

MADURAI: There will be no power supply in the following areas on March 24 in view of maintenance work to be carried out at Samayanallur and Teppakulam sub-stations:

Samayanallur sub-station (9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.): Samayanallur, Thenoor, Tiruvedakam, Sholavandan, Melakkal, Nagari, Athalai, Paravai, Podumbu, Alanganallur, T. Mettupatti, Oorseri, Azhagapuri and Vavidamarudur.

Teppakulam sub-station (9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.): Teppakulam, Adaikalam Pillai Colony, New Ramnad Road, Teppakulam West, Kamaraj Road, Teppakulam to East Gate, Pankajam Colony, Anuppanadi-Teppam Road, Anuppanadi East and West, Pagalavan Nagar, Meenakshi Nagar, New Meenakshi Nagar, CMR Road, Chinnakanmai, Indira Nagar, Old Kuyavarpalayam Road, Lakshmipuram Streets I to VI, Khanpalayam Streets I and II, Paccharisikara Thoppu, Balarengapuram, Mina Teppam Streets I to III and Krishnapuram, according to a Tamil Nadu Electricity Board press release.
