RSB group signs MoU with U.S. firm

CHENNAI : RSB group has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with U.S.-based TEAM Industries INC. to set up a plant at Sanaswadi, Pune. The total investment planned is Rs. 45 crore. As per the MoU, the alliance will be a 51:49 joint venture which will manufacture precision machined high pressure aluminium die-casting continuous variable transmission system, drive axle parts, transaxle parts, geared transmission parts, electric cart axle parts and other value added assemblies, says a release.
