Chalo Assembly on March 22

KADAPA: CITU would organise a `Chalo Assembly' rally on March 22 in support of one crore unorganised workers in the State, State secretary of the union Y. Siddhaiah said on Tuesday.

Unorganised workers should be extended provident fund facility, issued identity cards, wage issue resolved and a Bill passed for their welfare, Mr. Siddhaiah demanded at a press conference. Some 60 per cent of the unorganised workers were in non-farming , he said.
