Young visionary award for Thiagarajan

M. Thiagarajan

Bangalore: The Public Relations Council of India (PRCI) recently presented the Young Visionary Award to M. Thiagarajan, Managing Director, Paramount Airways.

L. V. Nagarajan, Managing Director of the Karnataka Power Corporation Limited (KPCL) presented the award.

Mr. Thiagarajan, a full-fledged pilot, established Paramount Airways, which has dispensed with economy class and middle seats.

The airline offers valet service, round-the-clock lounge access and gourmet meals.

Mr. Thiagarajan said the award was in recognition of the company's commitment and service to its passengers. His team had consistently kept its promises and delivered beyond expectations of passengers.

He dedicated the award to all the employees. "We intend to... become the preferred airline in the country."

Other awardees include executives from companies such as Cholamandalam, Shell India, Coca Cola and ING Vysya.
