MUMBAI: Isha Lakhani can trouble the best when on a roll, with angled returns, sharp volleying and determination. All these qualities were not enough to shake Akgul Amanmuradova's resolve in the $25,000 Mumbai University-ITF Women's tennis tournament at the Kalina University campus.

The Indian left-hander, unseeded in the women's singles draw, went down 1-6, 2-6 to the gentle giant from Uzbekistan.
