Metro rail: plea for special officer

Hyderabad: Congress MLA P. Janardhana Reddy has urged Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy to post a senior IAS officer as special officer for the Hyderabad Metro Rail Project with supporting staff to complete the project in next two years.
