`Negligence by KSPCB'

In response to Public Eye feature on plastic menace, Avijit Michael of Vivekanandanagar says: The problem is that the civic authorities have failed to crack down on the source.

They need to stop the plastic manufacturers and distributors.

There is obviously a gross negligence by the KSPCB and the Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike.
