TNAU to host workshop on career guidance

COIMBATORE:
Tamil Nadu Agricultural University will host a workshop on career guidance on March 22 and 23 at the university premises.
A university release said the workshop would have sessions on personality development, interview skills, group discussion, tips on preparing for civil examinations, strategies and skills for higher education abroad and other related topics.
Resource persons from the Police Department, nationalised banks, Securities Exchange Board of India, and other such organisations would be present to counsel the students.
In addition, a job fair would also be held on March 24 and 25.
Around 20 agro-based companies and banks would participate for selecting students. Nearly 400 students from the eight constituent colleges of the university would take part.
