CHENNAI : Police arrested two persons here on Tuesday in connection with a case involving the sending of obscene messages and pictures through mobile phone to a woman. Based on a complaint from Suraksha Giri of Raja Annamalaipuram, Commissioner of Police Letika Saran directed the Central Crime Branch police to register a case. Assistant Commissioner of Police (cyber crime wing) M. Paneerselvam and his team conducted an investigation, which led to the arrest of M. Sasikumar (25) of Okkiyam Thuraipakkam.
