GUNTUR: At Hindu College P.G. Courses College Day celebrations in Guntur on Wednesday, two students were given away gold medals and scholarships instituted by Punyakoty Hari and Hanumayamma. Acharya Nagarjuna University Professor Adjunct Vakulabharanam Ramakrishna gave away the medals to M.Sc. maths student B. Shanmukha Seshanka and Physics student K. Malleswari and cash prize to six others for their academic excellence. They were M. Mahesh, S. Seshagiri Rao, V. Sumitha, K. Kalyani, P. Swapna, and R. Harika. Two students Y.V. Suresh and B. Babu were also awarded prizes for their excellence in sporting activities.
