SAIL to foray into cement manufacturing

NEW DELHI: SAIL on Wednesday said it had signed a formal agreement with Jaiprakash Associates to foray into cement manufacturing at an investment of Rs. 600 crore. SAIL would hold 26 per cent stake in the joint venture company and Jaiprakash Associates the balance.
