Small and mid-cap fund from JM Financial

HYDERABAD : JM Financial Mutual Fund, which has opened JM small and mid-cap fund, is targeting a corpus of Rs. 500 crore. Sandip Sabharwal, Chief Investment Officer, JM Financial Asset Management Pvt. Ltd., said here on Wednesday that the company was evaluating over 1,100 small and mid-cap companies for investment. It might finally zero in on 50-odd firms. The offer of the open-ended equity-oriented fund would close on April 7, Mr. Sabharwal said.
