The ATMA management committee, block-level farm information and advisory centre, farmer advisory committees and block technical committees had been formed.

However, due to shortage of time, farmer interest groups that should consist of seven to eight farmers from each village could not be formed and instead, each of the department had been asked to nominate members. Mr. Ramreddy also said that Rs. 7.72 lakhs has been released for the block-level technical committees to organise demonstration and training camps for the farmers.
