Letters to the Editor
Dr. P.G. Halakatti College of Engineering & Technology at Bijapur is a large and reputed college, incorrectly referred to as being among the "smaller colleges" of engineering in the article "Is EduSat a `turkey in the sky'?" (Editorial page, March 13). The intention was not to disparage the college, but to illustrate the underutilisation of EduSat for several reasons, in both small and large colleges of engineering in Karnataka. Any inadvertent misrepresentation of the calibre of the college and its excellence in the field of technical education is regretted.
