DEHRA DUN: The authorities are all geared up to provide better facilities to the Char Dham Yatra pilgrims this year. The Yatra season begins with the opening of the Gangotri and Yamunotri shrines in April and lakhs of Hindu devotees make it to these shrines and also the Badrinath and Kedarnath shrines. Besides making arrangements for a comfortable journey, the emphasis this time will be to strictly implement transport laws and only those vehicles having a fitness clearance for hills and expertdrivers will be allowed.
