Telangana food fest from tomorrow

Telangana Sambarulu being held from March 23 to 27 at Nizam College grounds

HYDERABAD: Here is some good news for food lovers. Over 150 varieties of popular dishes in Telangana region will be served on the occasion of Telangana Sambarulu being organised from March 23 to 27 at Nizam College grounds here.

Taida Ambali, Makka Gatka, Gudaalu, Chekodilu, Jillala Pulusu, Kodi Koora, Murgh Biryani, Qurbani-ka-mita and Sheer Khorma are some of the delicacies that will be available at affordable prices. Ultimate Hospitality Services Private Limited will prepare these dishes at two temporary dining halls at the venue. Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) is organising the four-day event. Company Chairman and Managing Director G. Praveen Rao told reporters here on Wednesday that 450 catering professionals, including 300 service boys and 150 expert cooks were drawn from different parts of Telangana for the food festival.
