Arrested

Thiruvananthapuram: The city police on Wednesday night arrested Shobha Babu, the main accused in the attack on Sabarimala Tantri Kandaru Mohanaru, for criminal trespass and for assaulting police officials. She was arrested from a house in R.P. Lane, Kowdiar by Circle Inspector, Peroorkada, M. Radhakrishnan Nair. Ms. Babu had trespassed into the house of Mini Zachariah and threatened the members of the house over the non-payment of a Rs.2 lakh loan.
