Puducherry: Health Minister E Valsaraj has said the Government is trying to ensure that there is an equal sharing of seats between the Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC) and the managements of private professional colleges here during the 2007-2008 academic year. Talking to the The Hindu on the sidelines of a training camp for women conducted by the Labour Department on Thursday, the Minister said talks were on with the managements and hoped that there would be no difficulty in finalising this. However, should there be any difficulty the Government might finalise the seats for the government-sponsored candidates as per the formula adopted during the previous academic year (2006-2007).
