Chanjaya CA is champion

Palakkad: Chanjaya Cricket Academy posted a 39-run win over Mysterious Cricket Club to emerge champion in the Palakkad District Cricket Association `C' division league at the Fort Maidan here recently.

After posting 152, Chanjaya bundled out its opponent for 113 in 24 overs.

Black Arrows posts win

Black Arrows defeated Keltron 1-0 in the Thiruvananthapuram District `A' Division football league on Thursday. Shajan scored the match-winner in the 56th minute.
