Three arrested on phone snatching charge

HYDERABAD: Musheerabad police on Thursday arrested three youngsters who were allegedly used to snatching mobile phones from people walking on the road.

Thirty stolen mobile phones and three motorcycles were recovered from the arrested Samiuddin, Imran and Rafiuddin, a press release said.

During checking of vehicles at Musheerabad crossroads, the trio were caught carrying seven mobile phones and were unable to give a valid reason. However, during interrogation they admitted to snatching offence.
