dated March 28, 1957: Nambudiripad invited

Mr. E.M.S. Nambudiripad, leader of the 65-member Communist Legislature Party of Kerala, has been summoned by the State Governor, Mr. B. Ramakrishna Rao, to meet him in Trivandrum on March 28 to discuss the question of formation of a Ministry. Mr. Nambudiripad received intimation to this effect from the Governor's Private Secretary on March 27. Meanwhile, the Governor said in Trivandurm that he expected the new Ministry to be sworn in some time between April 7 and 10.
