Special Correspondent

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister V.S. Achuthanandan has said that the Government will soon take necessary steps to address the grievances of the Muslim community in the light of the findings of the Sachar Committee.

Responding to a calling attention motion by Kutty Ahamed Kutty (Indian Union Muslim League) in the Assembly on Tuesday, Mr. Achuthanandan pointed out that the steps taken by the United Democratic Front Government on the basis of the Narendran Commission Report were not beneficial to the community.
