Rama Navami celebrations

Sri Rama Navami was celebrated in the city on Tuesday with devotion and religious fervour.

Temples of Lord Rama were packed with devotees. Sri Kanakamahalakshmi temple celebrated Sri Rama Navami at the Sri Ambica Bagh temple near Jagadamba junction, which was recently adopted by it.

Sri Rama Navami was also an occasion for celebrations at the Sri Shirdi Sai Baba temples as this day was the birth anniversary of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba.

Union Minister of State for Mines T. Subbirami Reddy visited many temples and participated in the celebrations.

Professional training camp

Vizag Information Technology Association (VITA), in association with Compulink Systems, Pune, organised a four-day professional training camp from March 23. The focus was on Project Professional Management and a certificate was given by Project Management Institute, USA, for the 35-hour module to all the participants.
