Thiruvananthapuram: A quarry worker who was engaged in removing rocks from a quarry at Moonnammoodu, Vattiyoorkavu, was killed on Tuesday when a rock fell on him. The deceased was identified as Sasidharan Nadar, 45, of Mailam, Cheriyakonni. Sources said he was brought dead to the Medical College hospital. The body has been kept in the mortuary.
Man run over
A man, approximately 75-years-old, was found run over by a train at the Pettah railway station on Tuesday. He is yet to be identified. The body has been kept in the MCH mortuary.
