JAIPUR: The Rajasthan Government on Thursday announced fresh tax concessions including reduction of VAT on Bikaneri Bhujia, industrial fuel and rebate on land tax to salt growers. Replying on the Approporiation bill and the Finance Bill Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje said VAT on Bikaneri Bhujia and industrial fuel would be reduced from 12.5 per cent to 4 per cent from April 1, 2007.
