Shimla: More than 200 agitating doctors of the Indira Gandhi Medical College here demanding hike in stipend on Thursday submitted their resignations as the Himachal Pradesh Government said it would not yield to ``threats of strike'' by them. The doctors had gone on mass casual leave on Wednesday demanding that they be given a hike on the pattern of Punjab. Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh said the Government would not give in to ``threats of strike'' by the agitating doctors. PTI
