Kulsumpura police inquire with hospitals

Staff Reporter

HYDERABAD: A day after reports that a six-month-old boy mauled by stray dogs died of delayed medical assistance, Kulsumpura police inquired with the staff of four hospitals on Thursday about the incident.

Police went to Osmania General Hospital, Niloufer Hospital, Ronald Ross Institute of Tropical Diseases and Institute of Preventive Medicine.

Police, however, said that they did not stumble upon any evidence suggesting criminal negligence on the part of hospital staff.
