Danish firm sets up R&D centre

BANGALORE : Denmark-headquartered manufacturer of rotor blades for wind turbines, LM Glasfiber, has set up a research and development (R&D) centre here as a part of its global technology push. The centre, which will employ more than 40 engineers by end of the year, will specialise in the fields of Finite Element Method, used for complex structural blade design analysis and computer aided design for product development, says a release.
