NEW DELHI: Three persons were sentenced to five years' rigorous imprisonment after being found guilty in a 12-year-old road rage case by a city court here on Friday.

The three convicts -- Mohan Singh (39), Kalyan Singh (41) and Gopal Singh (41) -- have been found . Additional Sessions Judge Bharat Parashar also imposed a fine of Rs. 5,000 on each. The Judge noted that the prosecution had been able to prove that the three convicts were aware that their act of driving the tempo while 50-year-old victim Sardar Trilochan Singh was still hanging on to its side was likely to cause his death.
