Integrated certificate for Karaikal students

Karaikal: School students in the district will be provided with integrated certificates to facilitate them to avail various concessions from the Government as well as to get admission in colleges, said the Collector, N. Vasantha Kumar, here on Friday.

Talking to presspersons, he said that the integrated certificate would contain the photo of the candidate with particulars of nativity, community and income. The certificates would be issued to students who have appeared for the SSLC and Plus Two examinations.

First phase

In the first phase about 4,500 students from 26 high and higher secondary schools would be issued certificates.

The Revenue department would issue these certificates along with the mark sheets of the public examinations. Special camps would be conducted in selected centres, he said.
