KOCHI: Cochin Port Trust's Kerala State champion P. Adarsh defeated defending champion Kolkata's Amit Mukherjee 4-3 to win the men's singles title in the 30th all-India Major Ports table tennis championship at Willingdon Island on Saturday. The pair of Amit Mukherjee and Soumik De Sarkar (Kolkata Port Trust) won the men's doubles title blanking the duo of Cochin's Adarsh and Manoj Varghese 3-0, while D. Suren (Visakhapatnam) bagged the veterans' singles trophy. Rema Mathew, Additional Commissioner of Customs, gave away the prizes. Principal Correspondent
