MCH to revive `Face to Face'

HYDERABAD : The State Government has directed the Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad to revive the Face-to-Face programme of citizens with Government departments, dealing with public services in the city for redressal of their grievances.

The Face-to-Face will be conducted on the first Saturday of every month at MCH office between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. under the chairmanship of district in-charge Minister. Besides MCH and surrounding municipalities, water board, officials from Traffic Police, HUDA, APSRTC, APCPDCL and Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy district Collectors would take part in the programme to be telecast live on local channels as citizens highlight their grievances through phone.
