THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Peroorkada police have arrested a 40-year-old man allegedly wanted in a number of burglaries in various parts of the city, including Kattakkada and Vilappilsala. The accused, Sasidharan, of Kattakkada was arrested from the compound of a house in Ambalanagar while planning to burgle it. In a separate incident, the police arrested L.I.C. Jagannathan for allegedly extorting money from a bakery owner in Pattom last week.
