Most political parties have started exhorting the UPA Government to ensure that the law is implemented. One can assume that a majority in Parliament wants the government to somehow implement the law. Which means the majority can foist any decision, right or wrong, trampling on the minority's fundamental rights.

The only time all parties are on the same side is on an issue that benefits them politically.
If it is only social justice that they are keen on, why do they not take a stand on excluding the creamy layer?
How do they justify equating the son of a Class One government officer with one who has been educated at a village school?
