100 policemen to get Chief Minister's medal today

BANGALORE: Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime), Bangalore City, B.R. Ravikante Gowda and his counterpart in Hubli-Dharwad, R. Dilip, are among the 100 police personnel who will receive Chief Minister's medals at a function to be held on Monday. Home Minister M.P. Prakash will present the medals.

Among the other officers who will receive the medals include P.C. Hiremath, Commandant 4th Battalion Karnataka State Reserve Police; T.S. Nataraj, Commandant 9th Battalion KSRP; B.A. Muthanna and K.N. Jithendranath, Assistant Commissioners of Police, Central Crime Branch; DySPs A. Munireddy, B.P. Suresh, P. Venkataswamy, S.H. Gangareddy, S.J. Hanumanthegowda, B. Parameshwarappa, S.B. Samba, Ezaz Ali Baig, C. Mohandas, J. Rangaswamy; ACP Babu Rajendra Prasad; and Assistant Commandant Basavaraj S. Zille.

The policemen who will receive the medals are as follows:
