LG's Pune facility starts making LCD TVs

NEW DELHI : LG Electronics India has announced the commencement of Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) television manufacturing at its Ranjangaon facility in Pune. With an initial investment of $0.5 million, LG has begun manufacturing 32" LCD television sets at this facility, which has a capacity of one lakh units per year, says a release.
