BIJAPUR: Leader of the Opposition in the zilla panchayat Panchappa Kalburgi told presspersons here on Thursday that he would launch a fast-unto-death agitation along with farmers in front of the Deputy Commissioner's office here on April 12 if the State Government failed to ensure that sugar factories in the neighbouring districts began purchasing surplus sugarcane produce from the district.
