Health awareness programme

Seminar on MBA

Immigration facility sought

Hyderabad citizens' organisations have appealed to the External Affairs Ministry to provide immigration facility at Hyderabad Airport for Pakistani citizens flying into the city from various parts of the world. HCJ president Ali Raza said that Pakistani citizens, even having an endorsement for stay in the city, had to get their immigration either at Mumbai or Delhi. If they came directly to Hyderabad, they were asked to go back to Mumbai or Delhi for immigration, he added.

New courses by IMA

IMA College of General Practitioners is conducting DFM (Diploma in Family Medicine) examination in collaboration with PG Institute of Medical Sciences, Sri Lanka, in October and an all-India exam FCGP in November. MBBS doctors with five years' experience can apply for DFM and those with three years' experience for FCGP exam. The last date to register for the above courses is April 20, said a press release.

Summer camp

Thakur Hari Prasad Institute of Research and Rehabilitation for the Mentally Handicapped is organising a summer camp for children in the age group of 5 to 16 years from April 16 to May 14. The camp aims at tapping the hidden talent in children.
