JAIPUR: Senior Congress leader and former MP from Nagaur Ramraghunath Choudhary died in Ajmer on Friday. He was 75. A football enthusiast, Mr.Choudhary had been MP from Nagaur two times. Pradesh Congress Committee president B. D. Kalla, former Speaker of Rajasthan Assembly Parasram Maderna and several Congress leaders, including K. B. Krishnamoorti, Congress secretary in charge of Rajasthan, have condoled the death of Mr. Choudhary. Mr.Choudhary was a "true soldier of the Congress" and a progressive farmers' leader, Maderna said. "Even after getting his higher education from England, he did not lose his touch with the local people," he said in a condolence message. Mr. Kallasaid the party lost a dynamic leader .
