`Dream season' to woo tourists

Kerala Tourism has commenced a campaign to convert the traditional off-season in the State to a `season of opportunity' for tourists. Named `Dream season,' the initiative targeted at domestic tourists will offer a host of packages at never-before rates in the God's Own Country.

The season will extend from April to September and will span the summer, monsoon and festival seasons. `Dream season' is the latest project under Synergy, Kerala Tourism's highly acclaimed and successful public-private partnership programme, according to Tourism Secretary V. Venu.

An exclusive site, www.dreamseason.keralatourism.org has also been launched.

A new SMS-based response system will also be introduced and information can also be had from the Kerala Tourism toll-free infoline 1-800-425-4747.
