KADAPA: Former Minister Pasupuleti Brahmaiah staged a walkout from Telugu Desam Party district general body meeting here on Tuesday alleging that he was ignored in the party's membership drive and was meted out `insult'. He lamented that membership enrolment books were given to insignificant persons and he was deliberately sidelined. Without naming Rajya Sabha member C. Ramachandraiah, whom he indirectly referred, Mr. Brahmaiah said "he might even strive to get him expelled from the party". Mr. Brahmaiah announced a walkout from the meeting and party cadre of Rajampet area left the meeting hall along with him. Former MP and district party observer Kaluva Srinivasulu called upon party leaders and activists to work with coordination shedding minor differences. S.A. Khaleel Basha, Former MLA, too spoke.
