Youth must be allowed to formulate strategies, say speakers at `Yi' session
|
HYDERABAD:
Captains of industry on Monday said that a concerted movement to improve literacy and impart training to help youth develop industry-specific skill sets would make India a developed nation by 2020.
At the annual session of `Yi' (Young Indians), speakers underscored the need to preserve the distinct linguistic advantage India had in English, instil confidence and improve disciplineacross all sections of society.
Among those who participated were State unit of CII, Pradeep Dhobale, outgoing chairman, G. Vivekanand, MD, GTN Industries, M.K. Patodia and CMD, Shri Shakti LPG, D.V. Manohar.
