Ramco Systems to divest stake in Ramco Infotech

CHENNAI : The board of directors of Ramco Systems, at its meeting held on Thursday, approved the divestment of its 100 per cent stake in its wholly owned subsidiary Ramco Infotech Solutions in favour of TVS Interconnect Systems (TVSICS), a subsidiary of T V Sundaram Iyengar and Sons. The company had already entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding with TVSICS.
